Stick with the KISS theory and all your players will know what to do.
Here are two simple throw in set ups that you can teach your players. Almost any age level should be able to them.
THROW IN 1 - THE ONE/TWO
You want to get the ball back to the thrower.
Black 1 throws to Black 2.
Black 3 makes a dummy run back up the field taking his marker with him.
Black 2 makes a first time pass (or control it and pass) towards the line for the thrower (Black 1) to run on to.
THROW IN 2 - T-BONE
This is simple but requires good timing and execution.
Black 1 throws to Black 2.
Black 3 starts their forward run to coincide with the first time pass from Black 2.
Black 1 moves back so as to not take the space where Black 3 is running to.
Black 2 passes to the space in front for Black 3 to run onto.
